Spillane Grove is a tight cluster of four luxury apartments at the residential edge of Highlands Motorsport Park. The brief was simple: serious garaging, generous living, and a position that put the track ten seconds from the front door.
Each apartment shares the same architectural language. Open kitchens, big living rooms, separate laundries, and the headline detail: a six-car drive-through garage built for the kind of vehicles this part of the country tends to attract. The grouping has been carefully composed so each unit feels private despite the density.
The major feature of the project was the six-car drive-through garages. The whole brief was shaped around how people who collect cars actually want to live with them.
