Our Story
Led by husband-and-wife team Nick and Laura, we bring a unique perspective to the Central Otago landscape. Originally from the UK, we brought with us an understanding of medium- and high-density living and architectural integrity from the hub of Europe. Since arriving in New Zealand in 2010, spending nine years in Queenstown, two years in Wanaka, and now calling Cromwell home, we have become personally invested in the future of this region. We are not just developers; we are locals who understand the lifestyle drivers and growth patterns of the area.
