Ram Projects is a company dedicated to developing beautiful and conscious property, for the most part this is residential homes, but we enjoy working in the commercial field also. We are not here for the short-term gain. We’re locally owned and operated, with a hunger to keep all business this way and support the local experience in the industry via the sub trades and suppliers.
Family at its Core
Led by us, husband-and-wife team Nick and Laura, our company has family at it’s core. Both originating from the UK, we have a sound knowledge of building, architecture and multi-density living. Having grown up in the hub of Europe, we have been exposed to development at its utmost and wish to bring this experience to Central Otago.
We landed on NZ shores back in 2010, and both fell in love with this wonderful country. Over the years we have lived in Queenstown, rural Wanaka and now reside in Cromwell, where we have chosen to raise our two young children.
